Terms of Service

IntakeFlow is a client-onboarding tool for freelancers and small agencies: branded intake checklists, reminders, review flows, and integrations. It is deliberately not a CRM, not an invoicing tool, and not a project manager.

You keep all rights to the content you and your clients submit. You're responsible for what you collect and for complying with the laws that apply to your clients (including telling them how their data will be used).

Don't use IntakeFlow to collect data unlawfully, to phish, or to abuse the API and webhook systems (excessive polling, hammering endpoints, or circumventing plan limits). We can suspend accounts that break these rules.

Starter limits: 3 active portals per month, 2 custom templates. Growth removes those limits and unlocks credential fields and custom domains. Subscriptions are managed through the billing portal; plan gates are enforced server-side.

The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but this is onboarding software for a handful of active portals — keep your own copies of anything business-critical.
